Porta FastEthernet F0/0 up mas nao comunica

Bom dia a todos!

Comprei um roteador 2621XM para montar um laboratorio de estudos, mas estou com um seguinte problema:
A porta FastEthernet f0/0 está up mas quando tento pingar de alguma maquina para o endereço da porta, não pinga, com a porta F0/1 está tudo funcionando.

Lembrando que após a compra, eu zerei toda a configuração e defini os endereços para cada porta.

Alguem já passou por isso?

Hummm pode ser que estava em loop, comum para fazer testes ou sem keepalive =)

Se você ligou o roteador direto no seu pc, você vai precisar de um cabo crossover.

Pra facilitar ilustre o seu cenário em forma de uma topologia.

Ola Amigos desculpe a demora… Respondendo a pergunta, eu ja liguei com cabo crossover e cabo normal, e nenhum dá conexão, sendo que na porta F0/1 funciona com os dois tipos de cabos. Até coloquei servidor DHCP em cada porta para testar, e somente a porta f0/1 consegue entregar ip. Segue verificação das udas portas

Zekkerj.. o cabo está ligado diretamente no meu laptop.. já liguei com cabo crossover e direto mesmo assim não comunica.

Sim. Já havia tentado forçar o duplex em full e duplex e nada. Também conectei a um switch catalyst série 2900 e também nada. Pelo que parece eh porta mesmo.. mas como ele eh capaz de negociar velocidade e duplex e mesmo assim não consigo conectividade?

Cara, ontem eu peguei uma situação similar em minha rede e só consegui resolve-la trocando o ip configurado na interface. Ja vi que você fez de tudo que era possível, acho que não custa tentar.

Bem, pode não ser nada, mas esses “19 lost carrier” não querem dizer nada?
Normalmente é cabeamento… tenta zerar esses contadores e ver se eles incrementam novamente…

Seguindo a sugestão do zekkerj para averiguar o que seria “unknown protocol drops” encontrei o link abaixo:

Parece que um protocolo sendo recebido pela interface não tem suporte na mesma.

depois de o debug.

se encher de mensagens só aperte 2 x a seta para cima e enter

ou se usar o putty ou zoc, crie um botão “no debug all”

Bom, acredito que o problema esteja diretamente relacionado com o LOST CARRIER. Provavelmente seja algum problema físico como cabo, interface ethernet ou até mesmo a NIC do roteador ou do teu notebook. Recomendaria você testar esses cabos em outros equipamentos pra garantir que eles estão OK, depois testaria as interfaces do notebook em outros ativos de rede e a interface do roteador em outros computadores/ativos, a cartada final seria tentar usar outra interface do roteador pra ver se é ela que está com problema.

… passou uma coisa pela cabeça.

Tente conectar a Fa0/0 na Fa0/1 com um cabo cross. Gere tráfego na Fa0/1, veja o que você recebe na Fa0/0.

Se não receber nada, se não andar nenhum contador, só resta concluir que tua interface foi pro saco.
